By accessing and using BetTrndz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BetTrndz provides sports betting analytics, including but not limited to:

Real-time odds comparison from multiple sportsbooks
Player performance statistics and hit rates
Expected value (EV) calculations
Pick tracking and performance analytics

BetTrndz is an informational tool only. We do not facilitate betting transactions, accept wagers, or guarantee betting outcomes.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use BetTrndz. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription and Payment

BetTrndz offers a subscription service at $0.99/month with a 14-day free trial.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store
You may cancel at any time through your App Store account settings
No refunds for partial subscription periods
Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

BetTrndz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Accuracy of odds, statistics, or calculations
Profitability or success in betting activities
Uninterrupted or error-free service
That data will always be up-to-date

6. Limitation of Liability

BetTrndz and its creators shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from: your use of the App, betting decisions made based on App data, or any technical failures. You use BetTrndz at your own risk.

7. Responsible Gambling

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

All content, features, and functionality of BetTrndz are owned by the App creators and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BetTrndz at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
